Why your life hurts so much and what is the meaning of this suffering

As I promised you before, I want to give you some explanation about the how and why of suffering and difficulty with life, life goals and life path on this earth.
 

Purpose of life

 

Everything has a purpose. Coincidence does not exist. Things that happen to you, but coincidence itself does not exist. Man misinterprets that. Coincidence is what happens to you. Life has a purpose. Everyone goes somewhere in their life. Everyone follows a path. In my opinion, the above determines where you go. Life is a school. If you want to achieve something or achieve a goal, you learn for that. This can be done through study, but also through experiences that make you wiser.

Many people with psychological problems go through such a hard school. Mental problems are nothing but real life learning situations. You learn to deal with the situations that come before you. you get to know yourself and you learn which way best suits your character and spirit. That is different for every person. There are no two exactly the same people on Earth.

And that's what makes it all so beautiful and fascinating. Especially because other people point you to learning articles that you can use. Sometimes those learning articles are such that they feel like abuse. Or as far beyond your limits and what you want and can do. But basically you won't get anything that you couldn't handle. In principle, a person asks for the life it needs to reach a higher level. This sounds harsh, but it is true. Although I have to say from my own experience that it is possible to play a lot on the borders. This is often the case with people who are rather stubborn and do not take things just like that. I'm one of those too. This what you encounter in life is what you need to level yourself up. Humans have the ability to make their own choices. That's why things don't always go as planned.

But those who walk the path also have their own choices. You can walk the path, rigid and straight, with a blindfold on. But you can also look around you and feel whether this is the way you want to go. There are plenty of side paths on the road you walk. Sometimes it is good to choose a side path. Is it the right one? You won't know until you walk on it. Is it the wrong one? Then you will feel that soon enough and you have probably learned a lot on that wrong path and you look differently at the thorns along the path.

If you are a believer you can ask for guidance from above. You can walk his hand. Let yourself be guided. That seems easy but is much more difficult than it sounds. To let go and to be led is to give up control and trust in the love that is given and that is there for you. That is a very difficult step that many people in this life are currently struggling with. People don't just trust anymore. It is also difficult because most of the lessons are about trust. But you can trust. Let yourself be guided. He has good intentions for you and acts from pure love. So pure, that is not really imaginable for humans.

 

You can and you can make happiness yourself

 

Create your own future through visualization

The past made your present, but this is not a prediction for the future. The future starts in the present and you can create it yourself.

One of the ways you can do that is to literally envision your future. That's called visualizing. Many people who are in therapy already know the concept. For those who do not know this well, you learn to visualize in this way:

Sit or lie down quietly. Look at an object in the room and take it in well. Doesn't matter what it is. can be a cup, a plant, a rug, etc. Close your eyes and see the object in front of you. Open your eyes again and take another good look. Then close your eyes again and place your finger on the spot on your face where you see the object. You should now be able to see this in your mind's eye or third eye. This one is between your eyes. You can see this as a kind of future cinema. A wish source, a creator of happiness.

Many people have had a lot of pain from their past and dreams they had as a young child have been rudely suppressed. But you don't have a life sentence. When you are an adult, the door opens and the lesson of childhood is over. You have then been given enough material to make yourself what you are supposed to be. It is not that God, like a stern wise man, is laying out above roads where you should walk whether you feel like it or not. God is love and he gives you what you need and what is good for you. And what is good for you also suits you. I had an extremely tough childhood myself, but I needed it to become what I am now and where I am going. And I think it's beautiful. I'm still having a hard time but can now see it in this light. A very different light.

You can take your dreams out of the children's closet and bring them to life and you can dream whatever you want. you can make it as beautiful as you can and want. See yourself happy, peaceful and balanced. See how you look then. See the facial expressions, see your posture, see your face where peace radiates happiness. See yourself how you want to see yourself. What you create in your dreams belongs to you. And there's a good chance a lot of it will come true. Believe in your dreams. See your future in the future cinema. Because that is also seen above. Look at it positively, because you can also break your own future. Just think of phrases that many people say: I don't want to be afraid anymore, for example. For us that is positive but above negative words are not understood so you are actually asking for fear. And then you're surprised that the anxiety attacks don't go away. You do ask yourself. So be aware of this. Also while visualizing. And believe in your dreams too. I am a living example of this working. I'm happy.

 

The meaning of a difficult childhood.

 

A person is born as one soul. You have highly sensitive souls who come into this world with a beautiful task. Often these people are highly sensitive, gifted and see a lot around them. A lot of what she sees hurts them, because they see how harsh the world can be. These are often dreamy children who would rather live in a fairytale world than in the world they see.

The fact is that these people usually have a special job. They can radiate love, care and a high level of love that the world switches on and like a chain reaction can make a large part of the world think and make it more beautiful. Just by showing who they are and what they stand for.

To be able to do this you have to be very comfortable in your own skin. you can hardly radiate something that you do not have in you. The first task you have is to build yourself in self-esteem and self-esteem and learn to see yourself as the beautiful man/woman that you are. And see that you are beautiful and good. A child of God.

Because you will be working at such a high level, you will have to do a lot to get there. And if a soul can handle it, it can do it in one lifetime. This often happens through severe traumatization and humiliation. Actually a little bit like Jesus Christ also had his life back then.

 

Coping Mechanisms: Dissociation

Because it is often difficult to bear, especially for a highly sensitive child, God has built in a survival mechanism so that you can put yourself at a little more distance so that everything comes in less hard. Man calls this dissociation and a disease. Actually, it's a gift. If the traumas hit you very hard and you therefore have a very hard lesson in this life, there is a chance that you as a full soul cannot handle this and you will divide yourself. But keep in mind that you are still the same soul.

I see it as a big star that gets a lot of rockets fired at itself. As a result, such a star partly disintegrates, but the stones of the star do circle around the star and still belong to the same star. And when the rockets stop crashing into the beautiful star, the pieces of rock can fall back into place, or continue to orbit the star, leaving the star, but well aligned with the star.

If the star is bombed so far that there are only pieces of rock that are circling, they will be able to circle in the same orbit, so that it can also form a star together. The stones of the star are connected to each other because they come from the same star. So the same basis in the soul.

The path you take in your life to form a star from stones again or to get the stones in the perfect path of the soul so that they together form one star is the lesson that matters in you. You will be much focused on yourself and be able to form a whole from all the separate pieces, but a level higher than your soul was at birth.

This lesson is about seeing that you are beautiful. That you have a beautiful heart. May you be there. That you are special. That you have gifts. Self-esteem and self-esteem. Put yourself where it belongs. With shoulders straight, head up, proud in the world, like a beautiful child of God what you are. And see and be that too. If you can do that, you've come a long way.

See things that you have experienced in a different light and see that they are suddenly very different. Lighter, different. Do not see your backpack as a heavy burden but as a bag of wisdom and wealth that you can draw on for the rest of your life. See the tools that you have already been given and learned this life. See your gifts. See your strength and your courage. See how beautiful you are. You need this lesson to become who you can be. A beautiful child of God. Also have faith and let him suffer you. If you don't believe in God, let yourself be guided by love and light, if necessary by an angel, or a flower or butterfly. Everything that is pure and full of love comes from the same source.

He who has gone very deep will also be able to get very high. Precisely because you will recognize it. Do not see yourself as separate from each other but as parts of the same beautiful star. And respect each other. then you respect yourself. Believe in yourself and the pure love and it is good. For people with DID: Confuse what used to be called love but hurt you please don't confuse with true pure love. Those are two very different things.
