Welcome to Room 3:

The portal of life

- For you, who remember me from room 1 and/or 2 , How wonderful to see you here again. Make it easy again. You know me by now. I'm flying around like a butterfly again. Find a nice spot and read on.

- To you who take this room as a starting point , Welcome, and make yourself comfortable. Nice to see you. Because you are in the middle of a step-by-step plan on this page, it is useful to switch to room 2 and read the first steps.

Step 4: I make a place for myself the way I want it

Okay, you've seen yourself now. Now the next step. You entered here in a room I made for you. And I already told you that you can make it to your liking. And in this step you can really work on this. Create your own safe place, where you make it the way you want it. You may use this room where you are now. I sometimes fly through here like a butterfly. You can also make a door in this room and take your own room. All for yourself.

 

You can make it dark, make it light, soft with pillows or down, or with a bed of nails if you want. You can put windows in it or close the walls. you can make a door in it, but you can also make the door disappear. You can paint it, hang up posters, you can build a garden with a swimming pool. A star room, a book room. Everything is allowed. you can't think of it as crazy as it is possible. Just see what you want to do with your room. The only thing I would really like is for you to put down a cupboard with drawers. I will explain to you later what you can do with this. I have a purpose for that. Good? You can now start with this and you can always continue to adjust that room to your wishes.

After this second step, I'd like to fly by like a butterfly and tell you that I'm extremely happy that you came to this place on the internet and give yourself the chance to see what the world has in store for you. And that I may be the one to guide you a bit in this. It's an honor to me. Thank you. I think you are very brave and powerful. Thanks for this. )

Step 5: Blow Bubbles

Now that you've made a safe room, I want you to feel better when you go outside. Get out of your head and out into the world. This method can work very well, especially if you are someone who quickly feels vulnerable or afraid.

Make a bubble. You know those soap bubbles you can blow with a bubble blower? Envision the most beautiful bubble you've ever seen. And if it doesn't exist yet, blow it to yourself now.

This is a very special bubble. This will not break and you can always take it with you. If you dare and want to, you may enter this bubble and look around you. Then you can still see the room, but actually from your own bubble. You don't really need this in your room, but it is very useful if you go outside and want to keep the safety of your own room with you.

It is a protection against external fear and pain. And you can float over the earth with this and still feel good. Safe and secure.

Emerging question: I still feel miserable, does this help?

If you think, yes, but I don't feel safe and secure now, but life still hurts enormously. Yes, that is very possible  good right now and if i had a magic wand and could heal you now and make you feel better i would have gladly used it now. But unfortunately. What I can do is walk the road with you to make you feel better. And give you ways that can work, as I described above.

Step 6: Start a Journal (Optional)

This tip is very helpful for some people, but not for others. So see if it's of any use to you. It can be important to be able to see what's on your mind. Write that off you. You can also create a kind of diary file where you talk to your computer and save it. But it is useful if you can read it every now and then.

Step 7: Keep Breathing

Last real step in this first portal, the portal of death, Do not ask too much of yourself and give yourself space. Sometimes, or even often, all you have to do is keep yourself alive. Time is a very important factor and you cannot solve these kinds of major life problems in a week. It didn't happen in a week either. Give yourself time to heal. Give yourself the assignment that you really shouldn't do anything at all but continue to breathe and exist. That's all. Just stay alive. Then the next steps come in the next room.
